The Conference on Information Technology and its Applications (CITA) is an annual international scientific event dedicated to information and communication technology and its diverse applications. Since its inception in 2012, CITA has evolved into a prestigious forum for researchers, practitioners, and educators to exchange ideas, present innovative research, and foster collaborations.

The 15th CITA (2026) marks a major milestone - celebrating 15 years of continuous growth and reaffirming the conference’s reputation for quality and excellence. This special event will be held as follows:

• Date: July 19–20, 2026
• Venue: Vinpearl Resort, Ha Long, Quang Ninh, Viet Nam
• Publisher: The proceedings of CITA 2026 will be published in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series, indexed in DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science.

The 15th CITA 2026 is co-organized by the Vietnam–Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), the University of Da Nang and Phenikaa University (Viet Nam), with the support of the ASEAN Consortium for Innovation and Research (ACIR), Vietnam ICT Association of Faculties, Institutes, Schools, and Universities (FISU Vietnam), Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland), University College Dublin (Ireland), University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg), Springer Nature, and the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (IEEE–SMCS).
